This week, Orthocell’s CEO and MD, Paul Anderson, joined Tim Banfield on Euroz Hartley’s Finding the Front Podcast to discuss his journey co-founding Orthocell, and ground breaking advances in regenerative medicine that the Company has pioneered along the way.
In the episode, Paul reflects on the moment his journey in regenerative medicine began:
“It was a seminal moment for me…the CEO of a European company rang me and asked if I wanted to get involved in this new exciting field called regenerative medicine, and in particular, the regeneration of human cartilage tissue.
“I went and asked my father for some advice because all of my colleagues said you’re mad, don’t do it. And he said to me, ‘Paul, every now and then you get the opportunity to stick your head above the clouds, and this is yours.’”
