Orthocell has appointed Australia’s former US ambassador and Governor of Western Australia, The Hon Kim Beazley AC, as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board.
Kim Beazley, a notable former Australian politician and diplomat, held key ministerial roles including Defence and Finance, and served as Deputy Prime Minister and Leader of the Opposition. His extensive parliamentary experience included committees on Intelligence, Foreign Affairs, Defence, and Trade. Recognised with a Companion of the Order of Australia in 2009, Mr Beazley was also the 33rd Governor of Western Australia from 2018 to 2022.
Serving as the Australian Ambassador to the United States from 2010 to 2016, Mr Beazley brings extensive experience in strategic engagement and advocacy, crucial for Orthocell’s global growth. Currently, he is involved in various roles across business, technology, and defense, including as Chair of the Perth US Asia Centre Board and Senior Distinguished Fellow at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, enhancing his contribution to Orthocell’s global ambitions.
