Orthocell\u00a0has secured approval for\u00a0Remplir\u2122 to be used across the United States Department of Defence\u00a0and Veterans Affairs\u00a0(VA)\u00a0hospital networks, marking a significant step forward in the Company\u2019s U.S. commercial strategy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The approval provides access to approximately 51 Department of Defence military hospitals and 170 Veterans Affairs medical centres across the United States. Together, these hospital networks\u00a0represent\u00a0an important expansion opportunity for\u00a0Remplir\u00a0in a key healthcare segment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Orthocell\u00a0will now\u00a0leverage\u00a0its established U.S. distributor network to target military and VA surgeons\u00a0operating\u00a0within these hospital systems. The Company\u2019s distributor footprint currently covers 17 states, with\u00a0a significant portion\u00a0of these facilities able to be serviced through existing distribution channels, supporting efficient market penetration.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The milestone adds to\u00a0Orthocell\u2019s\u00a0growing progress in the U.S. market. The Company has already secured 32 Value Analysis Committee approvals, providing access to more than 115 hospitals, with a further 57 applications currently pending approval. This expanding access comes as\u00a0Orthocell\u00a0continues to see increasing commercialisation and revenue momentum in the United States.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The approval also follows recent\u00a0<\/span>clinical use of Remplir in 23 surgical procedures on injured soldiers in Ukraine<\/span><\/a>\u00a0across both primary and secondary nerve repair applications. That experience\u00a0demonstrated\u00a0the device\u2019s real-world performance in a conflict environment and highlighted attributes including portability, ease of use, and suitability for treating major traumatic injuries commonly\u00a0encountered\u00a0in military settings.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Orthocell\u00a0believes this validation further supports\u00a0Remplir\u2019s\u00a0applicability within defence healthcare systems and reinforces its potential to address the needs of military surgeons treating complex nerve injuries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
