Orthocell\u00a0has\u00a0announced\u00a0that its\u00a0Remplir\u2122 nerve repair device has been used in 23 surgical procedures on injured soldiers in Ukraine.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Following a humanitarian delivery of\u00a0Remplir\u00a0to Ukraine in April 2025,\u00a0Orthocell\u00a0has now received confirmation that the device has been successfully\u00a0utilised\u00a0by Ukrainian surgeons in both primary and secondary nerve repair procedures.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Surgeons were trained remotely via video, supported by Australian Orthopaedic Surgeon and\u00a0Orthocell\u00a0Key Opinion Leader Dr Alex O\u2019Beirne,\u00a0demonstrating\u00a0the accessibility and ease of adoption of the technology even in challenging clinical settings.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Orthocell\u00a0will continue working with Ukrainian clinicians to\u00a0monitor\u00a0patient outcomes and, where possible, collect clinical data to support engagement with defence organisations globally.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
