Adoption among Australian urologists is accelerating,\u00a0with\u00a0Remplir\u00a0being used\u00a0to support postoperative nerve protection and recovery. Surgeons are applying the collagen wrap during robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy with the aim of improving erectile function and urinary continence following surgery.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This emerging application\u00a0represents\u00a0a significant commercial opportunity, with the potential to expand\u00a0Orthocell\u2019s\u00a0U.S. total addressable market from US$1.6B to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>approximately US$2B<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

To support this opportunity,\u00a0Orthocell\u00a0is setting up a commercialisation advisory board and investing in further research to strengthen the scientific evidence base for this new application of\u00a0Remplir.<\/span><\/p>\n

Initial clinical performance data from nerve-sparing procedures using\u00a0Remplir\u00a0across Australia will be released once compiled.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
